Full Job Description
What You'll Do

This role requires an experienced IT professional with a proven record of accomplishment to support this fast-paced and high-volume environment. Reporting to the IT Manager for Global DS Service Operations, you will be the on-site lead for the Service Operations team at our Royersford imaging center.

In this role, you will:
  • Provide Critical Site Support: Deliver on-site support at our Royersford imaging center and provide support for our central imaging and file transfer environments (FISMA/IMGS).
  • Manage Infrastructure: Take day-to-day operational ownership of critical hardware and software, including high-speed scanners, imaging tools, and file transfer (delivery) management.
  • Drive Maintenance & SLA Adherence: Lead daily maintenance activities to ensure smooth IT operations while keeping systems continuously available to meet project SLAs.
  • Handle Escalations & On-Call: Manage the proper daily escalation of technical issues and participate in off-hour on-call support.
  • Onboard Customers: Successfully onboard new Digital Solutions (DS) customers and process change requests for existing accounts.
  • Optimize Processes: Work to improve existing standard processes and develop comprehensive controls to monitor productivity, quality, and SLA adherence using industry-proven best practices.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Meet with Implementation and DevOps teams to roll out platform fixes and functional enhancements.


What You'll Bring
  • Education & Experience: A Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) from a four-year college or university OR over 5 years of dedicated IT industry work experience.
  • Technical System Expertise: Extensive experience with remote control tools, Windows 10, Windows 11, Windows Server 2016, SQL Database, and Active Directory.
  • Specialized Software Skills: Direct experience deploying and troubleshooting Kofax (imaging software) and performing Batch class deployments.
  • IT Infrastructure Knowledge: Deep understanding of the various IT functions (Desktop, Server, Network), with providing on-site technical support and hardware/software installation.
  • Network & Scripting Skills: Foundational network management and support knowledge (switches, routers, and firewalls) along with desired PowerShell scripting experience.
  • Project & Strategic Ability: Experience in program/project management with the ability to plan strategically, hit numerous deadlines, and pivot quickly in an environment with changing priorities.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Excellent verbal and written communication skills tailored for a wide range of audiences, including executives, business stakeholders, and IT teams. Demonstrated ability to work independently or collaborate via cross-functional initiatives.
  • Mobility: Willingness and capability to handle limited travel up to 15%.
