Full Job Description
The Desktop Engineer I provides essential technical support for employee workstations and hardware. You will handle day-to-day hardware setups, troubleshooting, and office moves to ensure all staff have the tools they need to work effectively.

What You'll Do
  • Hardware Support: Provide Level I support for hardware issues, including repairs and replacements for peripherals and accessories.
  • Onboarding & Moves: Set up and image computers for new hires and coordinate workstation relocations during department moves.
  • Technical Escalation: Assist the help desk by visiting deskside to resolve technical problems that cannot be fixed remotely.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records in the hardware asset tracking system and keep procedural documentation up to date.
  • Hardware Projects: Help the team with hardware refreshes and other physical technology upgrades.

Onsite Attendance:This role involves full-time presence at our New York office, requiring a five-day onsite commitment each week.
