Basic Requirements:
- 14 years of experience as a system engineer
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline
- 5 additional years of experience as a system engineer may be substituted for a degree
Job Description:
- Sourcing for a technical system engineer to join an existing DevOps team that is working to build out a Kubernetes environment to host ANSWERLAKE services across multiple platforms.
Required Experience:
- Experience with Linux CLI
- Experience with building out Kubernetes infrastructure including configuring network policies within a cluster
- Experience with system sustainment and compliance including system patching and SSP management
- Experience with corporate STE/STN security compliance policies and procedures
- Experience using the Atlassian tool suite (Confluence, Jira, etc.)
Desired Experience:
- Understanding of or experience with tools such as Terraform, Salt, and Ansible
- Understanding of or experience with tools such as Kubernetes, Rancher, Helm
- Understanding of or experience with Elasticsearch and Kibana dashboards
- Understanding of or experience with Grafana dashboards
- Security+ certification (CWIP)
Salary: $180,000 - $190,000 annually
