Pay Range:$67.73 - $101.59
A successful candidate's actual pay rate will be based on several factors including relevant experience, skills, training, certifications and education.
The System Director-Accountable Care provides strategic leadership for the development of hospital and provider centric assessments and performance improvement strategies, road map, tools, and methodologies. Develops and implements performance improvement capabilities designed to enable Strategic, Business and Clinical Transformation across the System and Clinical Integration Network (CIN). Provides leadership in the development and implementation of cross-continuum transformation plans to achieve targeted improvement goals. The role also serves at the key stakeholder leader responsible for understanding and integrating key plans around evolving payment models.
Education Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Health Administration, Nursing or related field is required.
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Health Administration, or related field is preferred.
- Associate's degree in Business Administration, Health Administration, Nursing or related field plus 3 years experience in healthcare leadership may be considered in lieu of Bachelor's degree
Experience Qualifications- 5 years leadership experience is required.
- 5 years in nursing, provider or value based care experience required.
