Schedule: Full-time | Primarly Days with flexabilty to some early and late hour

Salary: $125,689.26 - $170,049.54

Eligible for an annual bonus incentive

  • Drive regional operational strategy across three ambulatory sites, ensuring seamless patient access and service expansion across all neuroscience specialties.
  • Direct financial and revenue performance, managing operating budgets and provider productivity to optimize resource allocation and care delivery.
  • Empower and mentor practice managers to foster a high-accountability culture centered on staff retention and strong team collaboration.
  • Elevate the patient care experience by tracking customer feedback metrics and redesigning triage workflows to significantly reduce wait times.
  • Standardize clinical care workflows in partnership with provider leadership to enforce strict safety, quality, and regulatory compliance standards.
  • Optimize EHR and digital health tools alongside IT teams to streamline provider documentation and remove administrative friction.
