DescriptionThe role is responsible for designing and implementing automated test solutions that validate feature-level functionality. This position supports engineering teams by improving test coverage and ensuring defects are identified and resolved efficiently. The work focuses on building reliable automation and contributing to quality across releases.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
• Design and implement automated tests to improve coverage and reduce manual effort
• Develop test plans for features to ensure requirements are fully validated
• Perform root cause analysis to identify underlying issues and prevent recurrence
• Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous validation
• Maintain and enhance automation frameworks to ensure scalability and reliability
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
• Collaborate with development teams on requirements and defects
• Improve test coverage and reduce gaps in validation
• Support API and system-level testing efforts
QUALIFICATIONS/PRIOR EXPERIENCE/COMPETENCIES:
• 2-5 years of experience in testing or development
• Strong programming skills (Go preferred)
• Understanding of APIs, debugging, and automation frameworks
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
EDUCATION / CERTIFICATION
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Location: Candidates must reside within commuting distance of our Boulder, CO office. Relocation assistance is not available. Only local candidates will be considered

Compensation: 90-115K/ year. While this salary range is a good faith and reasonable estimate, a candidate's actual salary will be competitive based on a variety of factors including the candidate's knowledge, skills, and experience.
