SVP, Global Head of Corporate Marketing
Company:
Prologis
Title: SVP, Global Head of Corporate Marketing
Reports to: Chief Administrative Officer
Location: San Francisco, HQ
A Day in the Life
As SVP, Global Head of Corporate Marketing, you will lead Prologis' enterprise corporate marketing across a complex, highly matrixed global B2B business. You will own the global brand narrative, integrated media, digital marketing, demand generation, content, creative, and corporate events. You will partner closely with Regional Marketing, which leads regional marketing strategy and programs for customers, brokers, and sales teams, and Corporate Communications, which leads media relations, internal communications, social media and crisis communications. Together, the three teams align priorities, messaging, media strategies, and measurement to help advance and protect Prologis’ reputation at all levels (globally, regionally, locally).
You will lead the corporate marketing organization while influencing a broader global network spanning regions and business lines. Success requires translating Prologis' complex portfolio into a unified, compelling B2B narrative and driving alignment across teams that do not all report directly to this role.
This highly visible role requires a seasoned B2B marketing leader who can build and nurture a high functioning Marketing team to govern a global brand, integrate brand and demand, unify enterprise media strategy, and lead through influence across a complex, highly matrixed organization.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Define and lead Prologis’ enterprise marketing strategy, aligning brand, media, demand generation, digital, content and events with business priorities and measurable growth.
- Own and govern the global Prologis brand, including architecture, positioning, narrative, identity standards, localization, and brand health.
- Translate Prologis' portfolio across real estate, energy, data centers, and emerging platforms into a unified enterprise narrative while establishing a scalable global solutions marketing capability with clear positioning, audience strategies, and go-to-market frameworks.
- Lead enterprise B2B demand generation and customer growth strategy across complex buying journeys, partnering with Regional Marketing and Sales to connect brand, digital, and events to measurable revenue growth, leasing activity, and customer retention.
- Partner with the Head of Regional Marketing and regional leaders to translate enterprise brand, portfolio, and solutions strategies into regional growth plans and market activation.
- Define and govern an enterprise paid media strategy, partnering with Corporate Communications and Regional Marketing (to localize and activate programs in market).
- Modernize go-to-market capabilities through account-based marketing, AI-enabled engagement and customer intelligence to support account growth.
- Establish shared priorities, decision rights, campaign governance and success measures across a matrixed organization. Lead enterprise thought leadership and flagship events, including ownership of Prologis' marquee GROUNDBREAKERS event, driving strategy, content, speaker engagement, and brand authority.
- Lead global digital, content and creative functions while building a modern, data-driven marketing organization and advancing AI-enabled capabilities, including personalization, content generation and performance optimization.
- Establish enterprise marketing performance reporting across brand health, media effectiveness, audience engagement, pipeline influence, leasing velocity, customer retention, cross-sell and ROI.
- Build and lead a high-performing global team, developing senior leaders while fostering a team culture of accountability, collaboration, fun and continuous improvement.
- Serve as a key member of the CAO’s senior leadership team, contributing to enterprise strategy beyond marketing.

- Proven success leading enterprise marketing across brand, product or solutions marketing, digital, content, demand generation, media, creative, and events while partnering effectively with regional or field marketing organizations.
- Demonstrated ability to connect marketing strategy to business outcomes, including revenue growth, customer acquisition, and asset value creation.
- Demonstrated success building, repositioning, and governing a global B2B brand across markets and business lines, including brand architecture, narrative development, identity governance, localization, activation standards, and brand health measurement.
- Demonstrated experience developing and governing enterprise paid media strategies, including audience strategy, investment allocation, agency management, channel integration, and performance measurement.
- Proven ability to lead through influence in a complex, matrixed global organization and translate a diverse portfolio into a clear enterprise narrative, differentiated value propositions and actionable go-to-market strategies.
