Reporting to the Director, Supply Chain Process & Digital Transformation, this position bridges strategy, operations, and digital enablement to ensure process change creates sustained business value.

How you will make an impact:

  • Translate strategic objectives such as growth, cost-to-serve reduction, and resilience into executable process designs and operating models
  • Define clear business rules, decision logic, handoffs, and controls that enable orchestration and automation
  • Lead business process design for enterprise workflow and business process management (BPM) platforms such as Pega
  • Partner with Supply Chain, Information Technology (IT), and architecture teams to ensure business intent is accurately implemented
  • Establish and monitor process performance metrics to drive prioritization, continuous improvement, and value realization
  • Enable a shift from functional silos to end-to-end process ownership across the Supply Chain

The must haves:
  • 5-8+ years of experience in process management, business process transformation, operational excellence, or digital enablement
  • Hands-on experience with BPM, workflow, or orchestration platforms (Pega strongly preferred; Appian, ServiceNow, Camunda, or equivalent)
  • Proven ability to translate business strategy and operational objectives into executable process designs
  • Experience partnering closely with IT and technology teams on digital implementations
  • Strong end-to-end process design skills with the ability to operate beyond functional silos
  • Ability to clearly articulate business rules, decision logic, and workflows
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field

Nice to haves:
  • Supply Chain domain experience across planning, order management, procurement, fulfillment, logistics, or service supply chain
  • Experience supporting enterprise process orchestration or workflow enablement initiatives
  • Familiarity with process performance measurement, automation coverage, and exception management
  • Certifications in Lean, Six Sigma, Business Process Management (BPM), or process improvement disciplines
  • Experience contributing to reusable standards, templates, and process design best practices
  • Comfort operating in ambiguous, evolving transformation environments
