  • Evaluate warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, storage utilization, and order fulfillment performance to improve operational efficiency.
  • Monitor outbound transportation performance, deliveries efficiencies, freight spend and customer service metrics to reduce logistics costs and enhance service levels.
  • Take ownership to identify risks, opportunities and performance gaps across the end-to-end supply chain organization.
  • Perform root-cause analysis on supply chain disruptions, inventory shortages, excess inventory and service failures.
  • Develop, maintain and enhance KPIs, dashboards, scorecards and performance reports to support data-driven decision-making across the supply chain.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives and recommending process changes that enhance productivity and improve overall supply chain performance.
  • Partner with suppliers, logistics providers, warehouse operations, customer service, and planning teams to identify and implement sustainable improvements.
  • At least 5 years previous analytical or planning and logistics experience
