What You'll Do Day-To-Day
Customer: Develops and maintains quality management systems so that the company delivers products and services in line with customer and regulatory requirements.
Process: Optimizes workload and implements quality standards and establishes quality systems so that quality processes and procedures are in line with the company's best practices.
Employee: Defines the required level of skills, proposes and implements development initiatives and plans so that the team reaches the required level of performance and skills to carry out its mission.
What You'll Bring
Bachelor's Degree (4 years) in related field or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree.
Minimum of 5 years related experience in either nuclear quality assurance or a related industry.
Advanced knowledge related engineering and quality assurance standards, techniques and criteria.
Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with all levels of staff, management and customers as required.
Ability to develop and maintain good interpersonal relationships; work collaboratively within a team environment.
Advanced problem identification and problem resolution skills.
Demonstrated leadership ability to manage multiple tasks and projects through subordinates.
Good analytical ability and problem identification/problem resolution skills.
Total Rewards Package
Salary: $111,000-151,000 (CAD) and may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses. The base salary range is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
