About The Position The Supervisor Planning/Maintenance works extensively within the EMPRV Four Week Scheduling Module, planning and coordinating power plant maintenance activities to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient plant performance. This includes estimating manpower, material tooling, job instructions, critical paths workman's protection and permits, to achieve the optimum equipment outage duration. Key responsibilities include: • Interface with and coordinate work activities between PCM maintenance supervisors, plant maintenance, engineering, operations, and other plant and contractor personnel. • Plan jobs, track work progress, update project critical path schedules, and communicate changes to the daily work schedule to the 4-week Scheduler. • Utilize computer applications such as Microsoft Project, Excel and Word, TRIS, EMPRV, P3e and API. • Supervise, train and appraise crews in the maintenance, replacement, installation and removal of equipment in the power plant and associated structures. • Perform administrative duties and special assignments as required. Relieve other plant supervisory positions as needed. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. Five or more years experience in equipment maintenance with a journeyman background required. Electrician background preferred. In addition to the above qualifications, the successful candidate will demonstrate: Must have good leadership, decision-making, human relations and communication skills, both oral and written. May be required to work rotating, PM or Owl shifts. Ability to work with multiple complex tasks simultaneously required. Computer experience required, including familiarity with windows based applications. After preliminary review, selected applicants must take the First Line Supervisor Test and obtain a recommended status in order to be eligible for additional selection procedures (e.g., interview) designated for this position. Additional Information Ameren's selection process includes a series of interviews and may include candidate testing and/or an individual aptitude or skill-based assessment. Specific details will be provided to qualified candidates. Compensation Range: $105,100.00 - $162,900.00 At Ameren, base salary is one component of a competitive compensation package for employees. Our pay ranges are broad to allow for movement within our organization and to accommodate different skill sets and levels of expertise. We take into consideration a variety of factors including, but not limited to, skills, abilities, experience, education, credentials, and internal equity when determining the base salary offered. Roles are eligible for additional rewards including annual incentive payments based on individual and company performance.
