This role requires the ability to work lawfully in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship, now or in the future.Support and assist Multi-Tenant Sales Manager by managing the day-to-day activities of the Multi-Tenant Sales Department.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience
- Responsible for meeting and exceeding budgeted sales goals
- Supervise a team of Multi-Tenant Sales Representatives. May also manage other sales resources as assigned
- Recruit, interview, hire and train Multi-Tenant Sales Representatives
- Support of Multi-Tenant Sales staff will consist of approximately 70% field work and 30% office work.
- Communicate territory assignments to Multi-Tenant Sales Representatives
- Monitor the payroll process and ensure timely and accurate approval of all commissions payment
- Handle employee relation issues, including performance appraisals, coaching, safety training, etc.
- Assist with budget preparation and provide input on marketing issues and sales offers
- Perform other duties as requested by supervisor
WORKING CONDITIONS - Field and Office environment
- Travel as required
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Required Skills/Abilities and Knowledge - Ability to communicate orally and in writing in a clear and straightforward manner
- Ability to use personal computer and software applications (i.e. word processing, spreadsheet, etc.)
- Knowledge of company products and services, preferred
- Knowledge of Community Sales practices
- Vision ability close vision, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus
Required Education - Bachelor's degree in business or marketing, or equivalent experience required.
Required Related Work Experience and Number of Years - Sales experience 1 +
- Sales Supervisory experience preferred .5 +
- Telecommunications and cable industry experience preferred
Certifications and/or Licenses - Valid driver's license, satisfactory driving record within Company required standards and auto insurance

The base pay for this position generally is between
$57,400.00 and $113,800.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
In addition, this position has a commission earnings target starting at
$48,000.
