Position Summary:

We are seeking a Supervisor, Programmatic, to join our Biddable Media team. The Supervisor role is expected to demonstrate a deep understanding of programmatic strategies and investment dynamics and how they impact broader channel activation plans. These skills will be applied to drive health and wellness client goals through annual programmatic channel, audience and activation planning and execution.

The Supervisor, Programmatic, role is a driving force behind client success and internal team development. This role helps drive strategic direction and innovation across client portfolios by meaningfully activating new strategies, tactics, and tests that push department capabilities forward.

Key Responsibilities:

The role will work closely with biddable leadership, client teams, and day-to-day campaign managers, and requires an advanced understanding of push and pull marketing tactics and how they interplay. The Supervisor, Programmatic demonstrates expert in-platform experience across the leading providers and campaign types. These skills allow the role to serve as a conduit between agency priorities and client business objectives:

  • Planning: Support client managers in finalizing and delivering landscape, competitor, and trend analyses. Review analyses and drafted recommendations through a strategic lens to ensure strategic rigor and measurable impact.
  • Development: Help refine internal agency's best practices by assessing commonalities and shift in needs across client portfolio. Work with day-to-day client leads and junior team members to implement repeatable, sustainable processes that ultimately drive performance marketing results forward.
  • Optimization: Help define innovation roadmap and department campaign activation standards. Lead implementation coordination with new approved vendors to test new capabilities, offerings and tactics that can evolve current paid social frameworks.
  • Stewardship: Lead strategic client communications and ad hoc delivery coordination. Support day-to-day client managers and junior teams in preparation for day-to-day communications. Help continuously refine client communication standards across email, calls, reports, and strategic deliverables.
  • Lead reporting and data analysis operations for priority clients in portfolio. Review data pulls, formulas, and formatted figures for accuracy while developing the formal narrative and insight that connect historic trends, current results and future business needs.


Requirements:

At least 4-6 years of hands-on experience building, optimizing, and/or reporting on paid ad campaigns across the following platforms:
  • The Trade Desk
  • Amazon DSP
  • Yahoo DSP

Experience running various channel activations such as Display, OLV, CTV, Audio, DOOH, etc.

Preferred Skills:

3+ years of hands-on experience building, optimizing, and/or reporting on pharma-specific ad campaigns across the following platforms:
  • DeepIntent, Pulsepoint (DSPs)
  • Tableau, PowerBI, Datorama (measurement)
  • Crossix, IQVIA, DeepIntent Outcomes, etc. (measurement)

Exposure to running healthcare specific channels such as EHR, eNL, etc.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, advertising, business, marketing, or equivalent
  • Minimum 4 years of agency experience in programmatic bid management, programmatic campaign development/management/optimization with the use of leading DSPs (The Trade Desk, DV360, DeepIntent, Pulsepoint)
  • Advanced understanding of Excel and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
  • Understanding of multi-channel marketing strategy, and the interconnectedness of social, search, open web programmatic, display, and OOH strategies.
  • Strong analytical thinking and mathematical skills and an ability to manage large, complex data sets
  • Resourceful, curious, and motivated spirit with an ability manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Proven ability to operate independently, in team settings, and through delegation
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Adaptability and comfort working with shifting priorities and deadlines
  • Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, or regulated industry experience strongly preferred

Omnicom's policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager.
