Work Model - Onsite
- Full time days/ Variable shifts
- Must have flexibilty to cover shifts when needed, to include weekend if short-staffed.
Essential Functions of the Role- Working closely with members from different professional fields to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Assessing how effective the nursing practices are and infusing practices and research discoveries that are evidence-based.
- Fostering a caring and outcome-promoting environment.
- Encouraging development and opening up growth opportunities for staff members.
- Efficiently managing resources to promote safety within the healthcare system.

QUALIFICATIONS- EDUCATION - Associate's Degree
- MAJOR - Nursing
- EXPERIENCE - (2) Two Years of Experience
- 1 Year Med/Surg experience
- 1 Year Oncology experience a plus
- CERTIFICATION/LICENSE/REGISTRATION -
- Registered Nurse (RN)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) or obtain within 30 days of hire or transfer.
- Chemo Certification or obtain within 6-12 months
