  • Take on other strategic work as role evolves - as a team with high executive engagement, our scope will shift regularly and flexibility is a must.

  • Report to a Leader of Strategy & Planning in the Splunk Renewals Operations org.

  • Will be part of a small highly-focused organization of approximately 10 people focused on turning around Splunk Renewals.

  • Will work directly with executives, e.g., Director/VP, on a regular basis.

  • Strategic Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions, negotiate renewal terms, and influence internal and external stakeholders.

  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Proficiency in utilizing CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and data analytics to track renewal health, forecast outcomes, and prioritize outreach efforts.

  • Collaboration: Ability to work seamlessly with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure a unified approach to account health and renewal success.
