Position Overview:

Our Single-Family division is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Transformation Senior Business Lead to establish, standardize, and optimize the operating model for our Generative AI program across the organization. This role combines strategic program management and product management responsibilities to ensure AI initiatives are governed effectively, prioritized appropriately, and delivered in a way that creates measurable business value. The role will lead the development of scalable frameworks, portfolio processes, product roadmaps, and cross-functional delivery models to support the full lifecycle of AI-enabled capabilities in a highly regulated financial environment.

Your Impact:
  • Program, Process & Product Lifecycle Design: Design and implement comprehensive governance frameworks, templates, and standardized processes to manage AI initiatives from ideation and discovery through development, deployment, adoption, and optimization.
  • Product Strategy & Roadmap Ownership: Support and manage the roadmap for Generative AI capabilities in partnership with business, technology, data, and control partners, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities, user needs, and enterprise objectives.
  • Portfolio Intake & Prioritization: Establish and maintain structured intake, evaluation, and prioritization processes for AI use cases and initiatives, balancing value, feasibility, risk, regulatory requirements, and organizational capacity.
  • Requirements & Value Definition: Partner with stakeholders to define business problems, user needs, product requirements, use cases, and success metrics that guide solution design and delivery.
  • Performance, Adoption & Outcome Measurement: Create and maintain dashboards and KPI frameworks to monitor initiative status, roadmap progress, adoption, customer impact, operational effectiveness, and business value realization.
  • Cross-Functional Delivery Leadership: Coordinate across business units, technology teams, data teams, model governance, legal, compliance, and other stakeholders to ensure effective execution, decision-making, and issue resolution.
  • Change Management & Enablement: Develop communication, training, and adoption strategies to support successful rollout and sustained use of AI-enabled capabilities across the organization.
  • Risk, Governance & Control Alignment: Ensure product and program processes incorporate appropriate governance, compliance, and control requirements consistent with operating in a regulated financial services environment.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, or related field (Master's Degree preferred) with 10+ years of related experience and 4+ years of management experience
  • 10+ years of program or project management experience, preferably in technology or financial services
  • Knowledge of AI/ML technologies, particularly generative AI applications and their business implications
  • Proven ability to manage large, complex programs with cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment
  • Experience in regulatory environments and familiarity with compliance requirements in the financial industry
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and customer management skills
  • Certification in program or project management (e.g., PMP, PgMP, Agile) is a plus
  • Familiarity with financial services processes, products, and operations is preferred
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Experience with GenAI/AI program leadership, including use-case identification, value tracking, responsible AI governance, and change adoption, preferred
  • Familiarity with mortgage industry concepts (selling/servicing, underwriting, credit policy, loan delivery, investor guidelines) or adjacent capital markets domains, preferred
  • MBA or advanced degree in business, public policy, analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience), preferred

  • Maintain customer focus: Ensure transformation outcomes measurably improve clarity, effectiveness, and customer experience

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $166,000 - $248,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
