Position Description: In the context of our growing Payroll Services center, we are seeking a Strategic Partnership Program Lead to develop our ecosystem of integrations and professional services in human capital management.
Your mission is clear: identify and activate strategic partnerships (workforce management, talent management, professional services) and generate a measurable impact in revenue and customer adoption.
This role combines strategic development, negotiation of complex agreements, and operational coordination with internal teams (Product, IT, Sales, Finance).
Your future duties and responsibilities: - Define and manage the partnership strategy in the Canadian human capital management market.
- Identify and qualify target partners based on market potential, technical compatibility, and commercial leverage.
- Negotiate and formalize structured partnership agreements.
- Coordinate the implementation of integrations with the product and engineering teams through to production launch.
- Structure joint offerings and support sales teams in cross-selling efforts.
- Implement rigorous partner performance management: track revenue generated, customer adoption, and service quality.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role: - Significant experience (3-5 years) in technology partnerships or alliances within a SaaS environment.
- Proven experience negotiating complex commercial agreements and managing strategic partners.
- Ability to develop business models and present them effectively to executive-level stakeholders.
- Strong financial skills, with the ability to design robust financial models.
- Good understanding of technology integration environments and the ability to work closely with technical teams.
- Results-oriented, with a proven track record of generating revenue through partnership development.
- Ability to interact with executive-level stakeholders and coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of the Canadian human capital management ecosystem would be an asset.
- Bilingual in French and English.
CGI is providing a reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role. The determination of this range includes factors such as skill set level, geographic market, experience and training, and licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $70 000-$135 000. This role is an existing vacancy.
Bilingualism (French and English) is required for this position due to the nature of the role requiring interaction with national and global clients.
