Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking.
  • Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
  • Experience managing agreements or partnerships.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience negotiating agreements and ensuring the highly effective, successful execution of those partners agreements.
  • Knowledge of the Kids, Family, or YouTube industry, driving product adoption, content, and partner growth.
  • Ability to analyze complex data into actionable partner insights, using strong problem-solving to proactively improve operational processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive projects simultaneously using structured execution frameworks, featuring planning and high attention to every detail.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills, including writing, delivering, and facilitating small and large-scale events.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of creators and media companies, developing new partnership opportunities and supporting them to grow their channels and audience.
  • Execute against key distribution and product adoption metrics, helping partners understand and adopt YouTube products or features.
  • Analyze and track metrics to identify trends, highlight potential issues, and ensure continuous performance growth.
  • Work across the YouTube Business Organization and cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Marketing, Policy, Communications, Legal) to resolve business issues and scale opportunities.
  • Implement strategic projects, including workshops, events, and initiatives, to share best practices with partners and peers.
