Scope of Ownership- Own execution of strategic initiatives across Represented Markets (North America & Europe)
- Serve as the primary execution counterpart to the Director (strategy vs. execution split)
- Drive alignment between Citrix internal teams and Arrow SGS partner ecosystem
- Ensure accountability, visibility, and governance across multiple concurrent initiatives
- Lead cross-functional execution across partner-led GTM motions
Key Responsibilities1. Strategic Program Execution- Translate strategic priorities into detailed execution plans, milestones, and deliverables
- Drive initiatives from concept through launch and adoption
- Establish clear ownership models, timelines, and success criteria
2. Partner & GTM Execution (Arrow SGS Focus)- Drive execution across partner-led GTM motions with Arrow SGS, ensuring alignment between partner capabilities, Citrix strategy, and field execution
- Ensure consistent execution across represented markets
3. Cross-Functional CoordinationPartner across:
- Product

- Services

- Partner enablement
- Operations
- Regional leadership

4. Program & Dependency Management- Identify dependencies, risks, and blockers proactively
- Drive resolution across teams and escalate when leadership alignment is required
- Maintain clear visibility into execution status across all initiatives
5. Operational Excellence & Scale- Build repeatable execution frameworks, templates, and playbooks
- Improve consistency and predictability of execution across geographies
- Establish standardized processes for managing partner-led GTM programs
6. Executive Reporting & Insights- Prepare leadership updates with clear insights and recommendations
- Drive data-driven decision-making across GTM execution
Success Metrics- % of strategic initiatives delivered on-time against defined milestones
- Time-to-launch for GTM programs (definition 1 execution in market)
- Stakeholder satisfaction across internal teams and Arrow SGS partners
- Measurable impact on pipeline generation and/or revenue influence (where applicable)

Ideal Candidate Profile- 5-8+ years in program management, strategy execution, consulting, GTM, or similar roles
- Exceptional project and program management capabilities
- Proven ability to operate in highly matrixed, cross-functional environments
- Strong executive presence and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority
- Experience working with partner/channel ecosystems (e.g., distributors, hyperscalers, MSSPs) strongly preferred
- Experience in SaaS, cloud, infrastructure, or enterprise technology preferred
