As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you’ll transform complex data into clear, actionable insights that support business decisions and improve performance across key domains. You’ll play a critical role in helping stakeholders understand trends, identify opportunities, and make informed, data-driven decisions.

You bring strong problem-solving and communication skills, a passion for data, insights, and continuous improvement, and curiosity, adaptability, and a team-first mindset. Most importantly, you embrace ambiguity, enjoy uncovering patterns in complex data, and have the confidence to create impact from the ground up.

If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy solving complex problems, and are passionate about turning data into meaningful insights, this could be the role for you.

  • Develop analytics solutions using data from a variety of sources and structures

  • Analyze data to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities, and present findings to decision makers

  • Provide recommendations to improve business processes, data quality, and reporting capabilities

  • Support continuous improvement by identifying gaps and enhancing data tools and methodologies
