Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role As Staff Specialist Product Marketing, you will lead application business development and regional marketing strategy with cutting-edge MCU and sensor series of product such Radar, Environmental, Magnetic and Microphones. • Lead application business development and marketing strategy to drive sales for MCU and sensors products in collaboration with Infineon sales and product lines • Define and deploy the Go-to-Market strategy and coordinate its regional execution, focus on key applications and customers. • Responsible for market analysis, competitors' landscape and product gap. Capable to drive and present sensors opportunity pipeline to Infineon Executive. • Coordinate with product line, sales and field application engineers on best practice to demonstrate Infineon value proposition and system solutions to drive adoptions and business growth. • Create market study and model for relevant Infineon applications level2. • Key member of regional marketing team developing new concept, innovation project influencing our application and product roadmap Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed • B.S./M.S. Electrical or equivalent experience • 3 Year of experience in marketing and sales • Strong understanding of system MCU and sensors architecture in the consumer/IoT application • Good understanding of competitive landscape and key market player • Knowledgeable about • semiconductor supply chain and manufacturing process • Enjoy presenting Infineon offering to facilitated product selection. • Strong sense of urgency and leadership in solving complicated business challenges • Solid interpersonal skill to interface with customers, present solution and work closely with Infineon Sales and product line • Self-motivate to learn and take topics which may arise during the course of business activity In the United States, it is required to disclose a salary range to applicants. The Wage range that the company expects to pay for a qualified candidate in the United States is: San Jose, CA Minimum of $150,600 Salary per year/ Maximum of $207,000 Salary per year In addition, all employees will be eligible to participate in an incentive plan. #LI-ET1
