Preferred qualifications: - Master's degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.

- 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams and setting technical direction.
- 3 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization involving cross-functional, or cross-business projects.

Responsibilities - Lead critical, high-impact software initiatives in a fast-paced environment, overseeing project priorities, deadlines, and core deliverables.
- Apply deep expertise across computer architecture, BIOS, firmware, kernel, and full-stack software to power and scale fleet-level infrastructure.
- Lead early system board bring-up, troubleshooting, triage, and data center deployment by developing automated tools for diagnostics, reliability, and performance evaluation.
- Coach, mentor, and influence a distributed team of engineers to elevate code quality, versatility, and overall engineering excellence.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to align on goals, outcomes, and roadmaps, successfully executing engineering programs and driving continuous productivity improvements.
