UX/UI Designer
We are seeking a
UX/UI Designer to create intuitive, accessible, and engaging digital experiences. This role will partner closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Content teams to translate user needs and business goals into thoughtful, scalable design solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct user-focused design and use evidence to influence product decisions.
- Create user flows, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Develop scalable, accessible designs using Figma and contribute to design systems and component libraries.
- Deliver implementation-ready designs and collaborate with developers through QA to ensure design quality.
- Present design concepts and recommendations to stakeholders and incorporate feedback through an iterative process.
- Balance user needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility throughout the product lifecycle.
Ideal Candidate:- Strong UX/UI design portfolio with experience designing digital products.
- Proficiency in Figma, wireframing, prototyping, and design systems.
- Understanding of accessibility and user-centered design principles.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
