- Shape seamless end-to-end advertiser journeys-including onboarding, campaign creation, optimization, insights, and guidance-in close partnership with Product, UX/Design, and Engineering teams.
- Partner with engineering teams to deliver intelligent solutions powered by machine learning, automation, and predictive insights that improve advertiser performance and support core Ads revenue outcomes.
- Define and operationalize program success metrics such as adoption, penetration, and revenue impact, while running strong execution rhythms that keep teams aligned, informed, and accountable.
- Identify and manage cross-functional risks and dependencies across user experience, ML models, data pipelines, services, and partner engineering teams, putting mitigation plans in place early to enable reliable delivery and continuous improvement.
What you will bring:- 8-10 years of technical program management experience, including at least 5 years in ads or ad-tech supporting user-facing products, platforms, or campaign management tools.
- Proven success delivering end-to-end advertiser experiences and platform capabilities in close partnership with Product, UX/Design, user research, and Engineering teams.
- Strong program management skills, including roadmap planning, prioritization, dependency management, risk mitigation, and structured execution across multiple concurrent workstreams.
- Technical fluency across full-stack environments-including front-end applications, backend services, machine learning systems, and platform components-with the ability to lead technical discussions and connect decisions to user and business outcomes.
- Excellent communication and influence skills, with experience aligning diverse stakeholders and clearly communicating trade-offs, status, and recommendations to senior leaders.
