Sr. Tech Lead - Cloud Technologies
Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Architect and deliver AWS Landing Zone extensions including multi-account/OU strategy, Control Tower/LZA configuration, and multi-region design (us-east-1 primary, us-east-2 DR)
• Design, develop, and deploy golden Terraform modules (KMS, S3, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch, WAF and others) with production-grade compliance controls
• Lead Terraform version strategy (provider upgrades, state management, CI/CD pipeline validation) and manage LZ production release cycles
• Design multi-region DR architecture (warm standby, active-passive, failover automation) for Tier 1 critical applications
• Own the LZ Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), sprint planning, and delivery schedule
• Collaborate directly with customer architects on technical decisions, code reviews, and production deployments
• Serve as technical lead
• cloud infrastructure architecture (AWS primary)
• Expert-level Terraform (module design, state migration, provider versioning, CI/CD)
• Deep AWS networking (VPC, TGW, Direct Connect, Route 53, cross-region routing)
• Security architecture (KMS, IAM, SCPs, compliance-as-code, CSPM/Wiz integration)
• DR/resiliency design (multi-region, RPO/RTO classification, failover patterns)
• Production change management in financial services or highly regulated environments
• Strong stakeholder communication - leads workshops, presents to customer leadership
• AWS Solutions Architect Professional certification
• Tier 1 financial services experience
• VMware/EVS familiarity (multi-region DR for EVS workloads)
• Experience with Landing Zone Accelerator

The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is:
80,000 to 100,000 USD
