Full Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Supply Chain Manager to own the supply chain for power systems and related electrical equipment, while building out inventory management and business systems maturity. This is an execution-focused role responsible for the full material lifecycle from RFQ through delivery and for improving material tracking, inventory controls, and ERP/system visibility. The ideal candidate is highly organized, commercially strong, and capable of operating independently in a fast-paced project environment.

You will work a hybrid schedule and report to our Head of Strategic Sourcing.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Lead RFQs, bid evaluations, and supplier selection for power systems and related electrical equipment
  • Align commercial terms with technical and project requirements
  • Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, warranties, and payment terms
  • Issue and manage purchase orders through manufacturing, FAT, and delivery
  • Track long-lead equipment and proactively identify and mitigate schedule risks
  • Support contract management, change orders, and claims resolution
  • Establish and improve inventory tracking processes for critical equipment and spares
  • Increase visibility into material status across warehouses and project sites
  • Coordinate material staging and site delivery schedules
  • Lead the disposition process for obsolete and excess inventory
  • Strengthen ERP and procurement system usage, including tools such as Coupa and Microsoft Dynamics
  • Improve vendor records, part numbering, and BOM alignment
  • Standardize workflows for RFQs, purchase order approvals, and supplier communication
  • Build scalable supply chain processes to support multiple concurrent projects

Qualifications
  • 10+ years of sourcing and supply chain experience within technology companies
  • Strong understanding of and experience working with CM, ODM, and JDM international supplier models
  • Strong contract negotiation and supplier management skills
  • Experience managing inventory and material planning
  • Hands-on experience working with ERP and procurement systems
  • Ability to operate independently and effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with international sourcing and logistics
  • Experience improving and scaling supply chain processes within growing organizations

$145,000-$175,000 USD

Actual base salary offered to the hired applicant will be determined based on their work location, level, qualifications, job-related skills, as well as relevant education or training and experience.
