Job Summary:
We have an exciting position for a Sr. Solution Manager to join our server team. Sr. Solution Manager will be responsible for achieving company objectives by working closely with various teams within the organization. The Sr. Solution Manager will operate from a high level, broad-scale collaborative to create leveraged outcome based successes with vested customers. The Sr. Solution Manager will serve as the field subject matter expert on Supermicro products and how products can positively impact our organizations revenue and customer retention.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Includes the following essential duties and responsibilities (other duties may also be assigned):
• Support enterprise customer growth initiatives, specifically focus on retail and healthcare verticals
• Drive solution development and go-to-market readiness for H15 platforms
• Expand technical engagement with strategic partners including silicon vendors, software providers, and channel partners
• Improve customer-facing content creation, competitive positioning, and field enablement
• Accelerate customer adoption by translating platform capabilities into deployable business solutions
Qualifications:
• Minimum 8+ years of product manager experience
• Minimum 3+ years of engineer experience
• Minimum 8+ years of enterprise company working experience
• Bachelor's Degree with relevant experience within computer hardware technology is preferred
• Demonstrates strong communication skills & able to work with customers
• Ability to lead extended teams and meet deadlines
• Understanding of PC Market trends and Supermicro customer needs
• Ability to travel to meet customers
• AI/ML related experience
Salary Range
$160,000 - $185,000
The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
