Position Summary
Day to Day Responsibilities:
Support Rebates Application.
Handle incidents, problems, and change management.
Monitor and optimize job streams for performance.
Track and manage incidents using Service Now.
Support overnight job failures, including after-hours responses.
Rotate on-call duty every three weeks.
Assist with system performance, data updates, and application failures.
Collaborate with support staff and developers.
Develop and execute test plans, including unit and integration testing.
Review documentation to understand project deliverables and design test coverage plans.
Apply advanced mathematics, algorithms, and IT concepts.
Learn business concepts in Retail Health, PBM, and Rebates Industry.
Translating business requirements into technical solutions
Partnering with application owners and business partners on technical solutions
End-to-end application delivery
Reviewing complex code from other developers
Mentoring junior team members
Solving complex technical problems independently
Driving application stability, scalability, and technical improvements

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$92,700.00 - $185,400.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
