Job Req ID: 30219Job Summary:Super Micro Computer, Inc. is seeking a Senior Software Developer to build and maintain the applications and integrations behind supermicro.com. This is a full-stack role spanning front-end development, back-end services, content management systems, and third-party integrations, with a growing focus on AI-assisted capabilities and automation. The developer will own delivery across multiple production web properties, working closely with product, marketing, and analytics stakeholders.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:- Develop modern, responsive, high-performance web applications and front-ends for Supermicro's corporate web properties
- Build and integrate AI-assisted capabilities into web and customer support experiences
- Automate recurring development, content, and deployment workflows to reduce manual effort and improve time-to-market
- Develop and maintain multi-language, geo-aware web experiences serving international markets
- Integrate third-party platforms and services - chat, search, translation, and analytics - into production systems
- Optimize page performance, caching, and content delivery across the web platform
- Architect systems that support reuse; build and document libraries of shared components
- Optimize application pages for SEO and AI-engine discoverability
- Guide product releases and code reviews, and delegate tasks to junior team members to maintain quality and timelines
- Monitor production systems, diagnose performance and usability issues, and drive them to resolution
- Operate as a self-directed contributor able to design and execute a roadmap rapidly and iteratively
Qualifications:- BS/MS degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- 8+ years' professional full-stack web development experience
- Strong server-side programming and relational database experience, including query optimization
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript, including component-based front-end frameworks
- Experience building and integrating RESTful APIs and single-page applications
- Experience working with content management systems at scale
- Experience integrating third-party APIs and SaaS platforms into production systems
- Experience with AI/LLM API integration or automation tooling is a strong plus
- Experience with multi-language or internationalized web applications is a plus
- Working knowledge of web performance optimization, caching strategies, and SEO fundamentals
- Experience with production monitoring, performance diagnostics, and troubleshooting live systems
- Familiarity with agile development and CI/CD practices
- Able to work autonomously while collaborating to meet company-wide deadlines
- Creates simple, clean solutions to complex problems, quickly
Salary Range$140,000 - $180,000
The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
