This position is part of the AWS Partner Growth and Strategy team. We are seeking a Senior Partner Solutions Architect to join the AWS & Anthropic Partnership team. In this role, you will serve as the technical authority on Claude integration patterns across Amazon Bedrock and AWS Marketplace, driving co-build, co-market, and co-sell engagements including customer-facing enablement, accelerating co-sell pipeline, and ensuring feature requirements flow from the field to engineering.
This is a senior, hands-on technical role. You will architect well-architected solutions, build working prototypes, troubleshoot customer implementations, and deliver technical enablement. You will work directly with AWS field teams, enterprise customers, Anthropic counterparts, and internal Bedrock/Marketplace service teams.

Key job responsibilities
Customer-Facing Enablement & Co-Sell
- Develop and deliver technical enablement content (workshops, demos, PoCs) for AWS field teams and customers adopting Anthropic Claude models via Amazon Bedrock and AWS Marketplace.
- Support co-sell engagements with AWS account teams and Anthropic, including joint customer evaluations, architecture reviews, and procurement for strategic accounts.
- Partner with the Claude Champions TFC to scale field-driven enablement and shorten customer request resolution time.
- Design and deliver agentic AI workshops covering Claude Code, multi-agent orchestration, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Build proof-of-concepts and demo applications that showcase joint value propositions with working code.
Technical Solution Design & Delivery
- Architect and build reference implementations for Claude on Bedrock including RAG pipelines, agentic workflows (Bedrock Agents, AgentCore, Strands SDK), tool-use patterns, and inference optimization.
- Develop reusable integration patterns, solution blueprints, and technical artifacts that field teams and customers use directly.
- Own the technical bar for Claude/Bedrock enablement artifacts, and review and approve content from field contributors.
Field Communication & Product Advocacy
- Proactively communicate product updates, roadmap changes, model launches, and feature delivery status to AWS field teams globally.
- Collaborate with Bedrock and Marketplace engineering to ensure high-impact requirements are prioritized and tracked to resolution.
- Synthesize field feedback patterns into actionable insights for Bedrock product and GTM teams.
- Build mechanisms to scale bi-directional information flow between field teams, Anthropic counterparts, and AWS engineering.
A day in the life
- Meeting partner product managers and engineering teams to talk about blockers or get feedback about ongoing build activities.
- Building and testing a Proof of Concept (PoC) or create a code sample.
- Writing a blog post or white paper.
- Spending time consuming technical news and learning about the latest happenings in the market and software community.
- Developing solutions for poc, re-usable enablements or to prove or disprove claims for better adoption.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or equivalent, or 10+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting in the software or Internet industries experience
- Experience in a technical role within a sales organization
- 8+ years in solutions architecture, technical business development, or partner engineering.
- 5+ years customer-facing experience in cloud computing (preferably AWS), including AI/ML services.
- Hands-on experience with generative AI and foundation model technologies including LLM integration, RAG, agentic workflows, prompt engineering, or inference optimization.
- Hands-on experience with Agentic AI frameworks (Bedrock Agents, AgentCore, Strands SDK, or custom) and MLOps/LLMOps including model evaluation, guardrails, and responsible AI governance.
- Demonstrated ability to build technical artifacts such as reference architectures, working demos, proof-of-concepts, and integration guides.
- Experience in communicating with users, other technical teams, and senior leadership to collect requirements, describe software product features, technical designs, and product strategy
- Experience working with cross-functional teams across business development, marketing, operations, product development, legal, etc.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience overseeing roadmap strategy and definition throughout the product life cycle from concept to end of lifecycle
- Production experience with Amazon Bedrock, Bedrock Agents, or similar AI orchestration platforms.
- Knowledge of Foundation Models and Agentic Frameworks, understanding of transformer architecture, knowledge of protocols such as MCP and A2A, and understanding of memory patterns and architecture patterns for optimizing Agentic solutions.
- Experience in ISV partner ecosystems or strategic alliances capacity.
- AWS certifications (Solutions Architect Professional, ML Specialty).
- Experience enabling large field organizations through TFC, workshops, or community-building.
- Track record of thought leadership including published blogs, conference talks, or public-speaking at events such as AWS re:Invent and AWS Summits.
The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
