Sr. On Premise / OOH Analyst

Job Description Summary

The Senior Sales Analyst plays a pivotal role within the On Premise/OOH channel team, responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting sales data to deliver actionable insights and strategic recommendations. The ideal candidate combines commercial acumen with analytical rigor to help drive business growth, optimize sales performance, and support commercial initiatives across both the Cheese and SqueeZ business units.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Maintain Power BI dashboards, Review Daily Sales Reports (DSR), track promotions (LTO), and consolidate financial reports across Cheese and SqueeZ.
  • Support sales planning, tracking, demand forecasting, and manage trade spend tools like TVAT and Collaboration Forecasting Files.
  • Partner with stakeholders (RSMs) on rebate/event input, manage deductions/promotions, and validate trade investments.
  • Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis, such as pricing, assortment, ROI measurement, and post-promotional evaluations.
  • Work with sales, marketing, finance, and operations to align initiatives and support better decision making.
  • Identify inefficiencies and recommend workflow enhancements for reporting and financial activities.
  • Ensure accurate financial reporting with AFS Telus and Xtel, while maintaining compliance in trade investment processes.


Qualifications

Minimum degree and experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or related field.
  • 3+ years' experience in sales analytics, ideally in CPG or within Away From Home (Foodservice) channel.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau); experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce) preferred.
  • Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Effective communicator skilled at presenting data clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Strong collaborator, able to inspire and influence stakeholders across functions.
  • Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with creativity to identify and act on growth opportunities.


Working Conditions

Hours of work will generally be during regular business hours with at least 40 hours a week. There will be in person meeting expectations on a regular basis. At times there will be some variation in work hours due to special projects, deadlines and other concerns. Up to 10% business travel may be required.
