About the RoleWe are seeking a
Warehouse Senior Manager to join our team at our

As a Warehouse Senior Manager, you will be accountable for end-to-end distribution center performance, ensuring safe operations, high service levels, inventory accuracy, and cost-effective execution while driving strategic improvements in throughput, labor productivity, and network efficiency.
This role requires you to be onsite in
[LOCATION] four days per week, providing hands-on leadership, close collaboration with cross-functional partners, and daily visibility to warehouse operations that directly support customer service and business growth.
CompensationSalary Range: $105,000-125,000
Core Accountabilities (What You'll Be Doing)- Lead and develop warehouse leadership teams to drive accountability, performance, and engagement across all shifts.
- Own end-to-end distribution center performance, including safety, service, cost control, throughput, and inventory accuracy.
- Optimize labor productivity and operational efficiency through effective use of WMS and labor management systems.
- Ensure accurate inventory management, reconciliation, and product availability while minimizing excess, aging, and loss.
- Champion safety, compliance, and regulatory adherence (OSHA, DOT, FDA) through audits, training, and continuous improvement.
- Drive operational excellence by improving warehouse layout, workflows, and material handling systems.
- Partner cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, IT, and Operations to deliver high-quality service to customers.
Minimum Qualifications (What You Bring to the Table)- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in warehouse, distribution, or supply chain operations.
- Experience leading large, multi-shift warehouse operations with full accountability for labor, budget, and performance metrics.
- Proven knowledge of safety, regulatory, and compliance standards.
- Strong people leadership, communication, and performance management skills.
- Experience leveraging WMS and labor management systems to improve productivity and accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications (Extra Ingredients for Success)- Master's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
- Experience in food manufacturing or consumer packaged goods environments.
- Demonstrated success in strategic planning, change management, and process improvement initiatives.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting milestones and deliverables.
- Strong business acumen with deep understanding of supply chain cost drivers and demand influences.
