Full Job Description
Renuity is seeking a driven and people-focused Senior Manager , Field Recruiting to lead talent acquisition efforts across a designated region, supporting our newly implemented regional recruiting model. This leader will oversee full-cycle, high-volume recruitment and be responsible for driving results, building partnerships, and developing recruiting talent to meet aggressive hiring goals aligned with business needs. As part of the TA leadership team, this role will collaborate closely with field leaders, influence hiring strategies, and manage a team of high-volume recruiters.

What You'll Do

Regional Talent Acquisition Leadership
  • Own and execute high-volume recruitment strategies across your region.
  • Partner with regional and divisional leadership to align hiring efforts with labor plans, seasonal needs, and business growth.
  • Lead and develop a team of regional recruiters, ensuring strong execution, accountability, and candidate experience.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for recruiting within your region, ensuring strong communication and alignment with key stakeholders.

Sourcing Execution & Process Improvement
  • Drive sourcing strategies tailored to each market, leveraging local insights, tools, and partnerships to build strong candidate pipelines.
  • Collaborate with TA Operations and Marketing to activate external partnerships (e.g., SkillBridge, community organizations, schools, etc.).
  • Contribute to recruiting process improvements that enhance speed, quality, and scalability across your team.

Performance Management & Reporting
  • Monitor and manage recruiting KPIs (time-to-fill, funnel metrics, quality of hire, etc.), using data to identify performance gaps and process enhancements.
  • Report out regularly on pipeline health, recruiter performance, and hiring outcomes to TA and business leaders.
  • Leverage the ATS and reporting tools to drive transparency and operational rigor across your team.

Stakeholder Engagement & Partnership
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, align on expectations, and deliver against hiring plans.
  • Provide training and coaching to field leaders on recruiting best practices, interview effectiveness, and candidate engagement.
  • Serve as a trusted partner to Regional Operations and HR leaders, helping drive clarity and execution around workforce planning.

Team Development & Culture
  • Coach and support the ongoing development of recruiters on your team through regular feedback, training, and mentorship.
  • Build a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the recruiting team.
  • Promote inclusive, consistent, and candidate-friendly recruiting practices that reinforce Renuity's employer brand and values.
