Senior Project / Program Manager - Cyber SecurityWe are seeking a Senior Project / Program Manager with a strong Cyber Security background to lead multiple concurrent technology and security initiatives.
Responsibilities- Lead 8-10 concurrent Cyber Security and technology projects
- Provide both project and program management leadership
- Define project scope, deliverables, timelines, resources, and budgets
- Develop and manage project plans and resource allocation
- Identify, track, and mitigate project risks
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors/consultants
- Communicate project status, risks, issues, and changes to stakeholders
- Manage project budgets, costs, and financial performance
- Build strong relationships with technical and business stakeholders
- Support multiple related initiatives as part of broader programs
- Mentor and collaborate with project management team members
- Drive continuous improvement and successful delivery of strategic initiatives
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field
- 3-5+ years of project/program management experience
- Cyber Security project experience required
- Experience managing multiple projects concurrently
- Strong project planning, budgeting, risk management, and financial management skills
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work effectively with IT, Cyber Security, business teams, and vendors
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Strategic mindset with the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
