The Purpose
We are building and scaling GenAI-enabled capabilities that support the Product Delivery Lifecycle (PDLC) from concept through production delivery.
This team evaluates, develops, integrates, and standardizes AI-assisted tools that improve how associates work across Product Management, Business Analysis, UX Design, Engineering, and Testing.
As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will build applications, integrations, and reusable services that enable teams to use GenAI optimally within their day-to-day workflows.
You will partner with Brokerage and Enterprise teams to deploy practical solutions that improve productivity, quality, and delivery outcomes.
The Expertise You Have
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
5+ years of experience building full stack applications.
Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and modern UI frameworks such as React or Angular.
Experience designing and developing scalable web applications and services.
Experience working in Agile delivery teams.
