How you'll make an impact in this role- Champion the enterprise data roadmap by defining and delivering high-value data products across clinical, financial, and operational domains that directly enhance patient care and provider efficiency.
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycles from initial discovery and design to launch and value realization, ensuring data assets remain secure, governed, and scalable.
- Build and mentor high-performing teams by recruiting and coaching product managers and engineering units to foster a culture of continuous improvement and execution excellence.
- Align cross-functional stakeholders across leadership, architecture, and clinical operations to translate complex healthcare demands into actionable semantic models, APIs, and analytics.
- Optimize financial and strategic outcomes by managing product budgets, quantifying customer value, and establishing key performance results that advance enterprise goals.
What minimum requirements you'll needEducation:
- High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.
What additional preferences we're seeking- 3-5 years product management experience.
- 3-5 years software development life cycle experience.
- 10-15 years healthcare industry experience.
