Your Impact

OpenText is seeking a Sr. Customer Marketing Manager to join our Customer Engagement Programs team. This individual is responsible for planning and executing programs that engage with customers to foster their success and capture business insights for OpenText.

What The Role Offers
  • Lead and manage customer engagement programs such as Product Advisory Councils, User Groups, and Customer Advisory Boards.
  • Define and continually improve these programs to optimize their effectiveness.
  • Build relationships with customer contacts, ranging from C-Level to developer level, to encourage program participation and ensure programs align with customer needs.
  • Work with subject matter experts to develop content and agendas that drive value.
  • Track and communicate metrics of success and insights for improvement.
  • Not that this person could also be involved with other types of engagement tactics as the program evolves.

What You Need To Succeed
  • Strong passion for serving and understanding customers.
  • Experience creating and executing marketing campaigns and programs that drive customer engagement and advocacy.
  • Skilled in leading presentations and discussions with business, technical, and sales stakeholders.
  • Ability to collaborate and influence effectively across teams and business functions.
  • Proven ability to prioritize and differentiate what matters from the noise, meeting deadlines without sacrificing quality.
  • Strongly preferred to have experience with digital marketing tools such as virtual event platforms, collaboration platforms, and marketing automation platforms.
  • B2B technology industry experience preferred.
  • Minimal travel, both domestic and international, may be required.

Salary Range: $110,960 - $160,960; Depending on the candidate's education, experience, skills, geographical location, and alignment with internal equity and external market, actual salary may vary and be higher or lower than the range posted.
