Full Job Description
What you'll do
  • Leads continuous improvement projects from planning through implementation to enhance plant performance and efficiency.
  • Develops, standardizes, and improves operational procedures, including visual management systems, work instructions, and machine settings.
  • Partners cross-functionally and with global teams to identify opportunities, implement solutions, and share performance results and best practices.
  • Analyzes processes, conducts line studies, and creates process/value stream maps to identify inefficiencies, reduce waste, and increase productivity.
  • Drives Lean initiatives, including Kaizen events, MES reporting, training
  • The position is in the factory and could involvesitting, standing, walking and lifting for long periods of time throughout theday. The employee may be asked to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds andoccasionally lift and/or move more than 30 pounds. Working in front of a computer for long periods of time.

  • Ability to quantify improvementsper KPI, lead RCA to solve production loss issues, lead change, and createprocess flows, value streams and flow diagrams.
  • Proficient in the use ofvalue stream maps, fishbone diagrams, 5S, SMED visual management and other Leantools

The salary rangefor this role is $110,000.00 and $150,000.00. This range represents the good-faith minimumand maximum wages the Company reasonably expects to offer for this role at thetime of posting. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligiblefor incentive pay or other forms of compensation, as applicable. TheCompany also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actualcompensation will be based on factors such as the candidate's skills,experience, education, training, and work location.
