What you'll be doing

Reporting to the Director, Operations & Enablement, the Sr. Consultant, Operations & Enablement is instrumental in supporting and governing operational risk programs, ensuring compliance, and driving business-critical change initiatives across digital banking and client engagement. This role maintains robust governance frameworks and delivers outcome-focused results that align with the bank's strategic objectives, collaborating with stakeholders to optimize processes, manage controls, and oversee records. The Sr. Consultant also fosters a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence, ensuring the portfolio is aligned with governance, business management, and key operational pillars.

How you'll succeed

  • Operational risk governance & compliance - Support and govern operational programs to assure compliance and manage risk, while also supporting operational excellence by optimizing processes and implementing business critical change initiatives across the various platforms and applications that span the portfolio. Collaboratively ensure an effective business operational risk framework is in place, considering key platforms across the Digital and Frontline portfolio. Liaise with groups within Digital Banking, ECRM, and Partners across the bank to ensure that the portfolio is compliant with policies, standards, and guidelines from a governance standpoint.
  • Controls management & records oversight - Partner with Business Controls to quarterback the Control execution and testing within the portfolio. Ensure strong oversight and procedures with all Records Management including, but not limited to vault management, records attestations, records assessments, and all associated Controls.
  • Operational excellence & employee culture - Facilitate key operational matters that are aligned to driving a strong employee culture and continuous improvement across all pillars of our business. Ensure an effective business operational risk framework is in place, considering key platforms across the Digital and Frontline portfolio. Provide leadership with project status updates, feedback and appropriate reporting on key process-focused goals.
