As a key contributor, you'll play a critical role in designing, implementing, and supporting cutting-edge solutions built on OpenText and Microsoft platforms, enabling customers to solve complex business and technology challenges.

In this role, you'll collaborate closely with customers, partners, and sales teams to deliver impactful cloud and enterprise solutions across a variety of platforms, tools, and technologies. WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS
• Leading large-scale enterprise system implementations involving one or multiple OpenText products and technologies, including business workflow and capture-related solutions, and to ensure successful, on-time delivery.
• Leading design, installation, testing and supporting of OpenText products (e.g., RightFax, EasyLink/Xpedite Fax2Mail/cloud fax, XMedius Fax/cloud fax, Alchemy, OpenText Cloud Capture/Capture Center, B2B EDI) implementations based on customer's requirements and OpenText projects/resourcing needs.
• Working with users to formulate and document business requirements. Identify, investigate, and analyze business processes, procedures and work practices. Identify and evaluate inefficiencies and recommend optimal business practices, and system functionality and behavior.
• Developing implementation requirements, functional specs, acceptance criteria, and assist with generating Statements of Work (SOWs) or Letters of Engagement (LOEs). Providing technical and project leadership in the design and architecture of OpenText solutions. Effective management of customer escalations.
• Serving as a technical escalation point for high-impact projects and issues, proactively mitigating risks, and collaborating cross-functionally to resolve complex challenges efficiently.
• Effectively managing project timelines and client deliverables by prioritizing tasks, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring on-time implementation of professional services solutions.
• Demonstrating strong time management by effectively prioritizing tasks, meeting tight deadlines, and optimizing workflows to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Taking responsibility for deploying functional solutions, such as to create, adopt and implement system test plans, and to ensure acceptable quality and integrity of the system. Creating user and training documentation, conducting formal training classes, and developing SOPs.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; or equivalent work experience required.
• 6-8 years of experience in Professional Services, consulting, systems implementation/systems engineering, managed services, and support experience within an enterprise software company/IT department. Experience with healthcare systems strongly desired.
• 6-8 years of hands-on implementation experience with Microsoft technologies (AD, Exchange, SharePoint, SQL Server, Windows Servers technologies) and/or enterprise cloud technologies (Azure, Office 365, etc.)
• Expert knowledge with cloud implementation, systems implementation, systems administration, and troubleshooting on the Microsoft platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex requirements into robust technical architectures that drive the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of innovative and scalable software solutions that are aligned with client goals and platform capabilities.
• Strong knowledge with networking and telco (VoIP/FoIP/CUCM) infrastructure.
• Experience in scripting and automation using PowerShell, with integrated interactions via SQL, COM and RESTful web APIs; also proficient in writing and optimizing SQL scripts for data management and reporting.
• Familiarity with B2B EDI, cloud services and enterprise content management systems desired.
• Senior-level knowledge of Azure, SQL, Exchange, Office, Office 365, SAP, VMWare, AWS or GCP required/strongly desired.
• Working knowledge or hands-on experience with AI, prompt engineering, agentic AI strongly desired.

Salary Range: $94,100 - $141,100; Depending on the candidate's education, experience, skills, geographical location, and alignment with internal equity and external market, actual salary may vary and be higher or lower than the range posted.

California Residents: The pay range above is a reasonable estimate of salary based on pay scale, candidate experience, skills, and education. In addition to the comprehensive benefits noted above, the role may be eligible for bonus or commissions.
