POSITION: Sr. Business Ops Specialist

Sr. Business Ops Specialist needed by o9 Solutions, Inc. in Dallas, TX [& various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.; may work from home] to IEngage in business requirement discussions with customers to identify, analyze, and document process gaps while defining future To-Be processes (9%). Advise customers on industry best practices by leveraging o9's Reference Models and insights from past Retail and Telecom implementations (8%). Assist in solution design by creating wireframes and prototypes to facilitate discussions (8%). Lead and organize working sessions with technical, functional, and development teams to resolve design challenges (8%). Collaborate with the project team to configure workflows in the o9 platform and conduct unit testing during the build phase (7%). Lead the teams to develop UAT stories/test cases, leveraging domain expertise in retail and telecom to simulate the day in life of the demand planners, Conduct UAT sessions and assist demand planners executing the UAT sessions for solution deployment (6%). Develop training documentation and work with o9's Education Services to deliver in-person and remote training sessions for business users (6%). Create Excel-based models and PowerPoint presentations to explain key features and functionalities (5%). Provide post-go-live hypercare support by addressing production system issues and responding to end-user inquiries related to features and functionalities (6%). Architect data pipelines to support big data integrations using delta lake (3%). Design and Implement supply chain planning solutions (5%). Lead or assist a team through the full lifecycle of a supply chain planning solution implementation including business requirement gathering, solution design & development, UAT/SIT, go-live/cutover, and value realization (5%). Utilize agile methodology to deliver large scale enterprise implementations (5%). Utilize Statistical, Optimization, and Simulation skills through software tools and packages including R, SAS, and CPLEX (5%). Apply knowledge of spreadsheets and software (Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets), document processing (Microsoft Word, Google Docs), and presentation (Microsoft PowerPoint) (4%). Apply knowledge and training in databases (SQL Server, MySQL) and skills in one or more languages including SQL, MDX, and T-SQL for translating business (4%). Apply analytical techniques and data mining knowledge (6%). 20% domestic travel required. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Requires a Master degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, Business Analytics, or Management of Technology and 1 year of experience in the job offered or 1 year of experience in a related occupation implementing supply chain planning solutions; leading or assisting a team through the full lifecycle of a supply chain planning solution implementation including business requirement gathering, solution design & development, UAT/SIT, golive/cutover, and value realization; utilizing agile methodology to deliver large scale enterprise implementations; utilizing Statistical, Optimization, and Simulation skills through software tools and packages including R, SAS, and CPLEX; applying knowledge of spreadsheets and software (Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets), document processing (Microsoft Word, Google Docs), and presentation (Microsoft PowerPoint); applying knowledge and training in databases (SQL Server, MySQL) and skills in one or more languages including SQL, MDX, and/or T-SQL; applying analytical techniques and data mining knowledge. 20% domestic travel required.
