POSITION: Solution Architect

JOB LOCATION: 1501 LBJ Freeway, Suite 140, Dallas TX 75234 [and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.; may work from home]

Solution Architect needed by o9 Solutions, Inc. in Dallas TX [and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.; may work from home] to Provide end to end solution design, configuration, implementation, data analytics, testing of solution and communication with internal and external stakeholders. Participate in process and business requirements sessions and document to-be business processes leveraging industry practices. Identify and collect data including historical sales, shipment, inventory, logistics, other operations and supply chain data from sources like databases, excel sheets, emails and others. Work with architects and directors to develop clear functional, technical design, document data requirements and build complex datasets. Configure a technical specification document and tool configuration in the o9 platform as per the design to solve deep operations, supply chain problems and institute rigorous performance monitoring systems. Use mathematical models, predictive methods, statistical techniques, optimization algorithms and simulations to analyze, manipulate, and interpret large enterprise data. Provide business insights and data visualization to the client management. Work with statistical and optimization tools for programming languages to conduct data integration through Extraction Transformation and Loading (ETL). Create models to generate time series forecasts and operational plans. Work with Internal Research and Development Teams (RDT) to resolve solution gaps and deploy fixes in the customer environment. Create and execute workflow along with data analytics test-cases, document issues and track progress at resolving issues. Design a testing protocol and implement with support from junior analysts, with the end goal of automating testing. Work with cross-functional teams, IT and business stakeholders, to ensure successful planning and execution of project. Plan, develop and deliver super user and end user training, for a global user base. Work with junior analysts to familiarize them with technical and business aspects of a project. 50-70% domestic or international travel required. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Requires a Master's degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Business Analytics, Information Technology or Computer Science and 2 Years of experience in the job offered, or 2 Years of experience in a related occupation providing end to end solution design, configuration, implementation, data analytics, testing of solution and communication with internal and external stakeholders; identifying and collecting data including historical sales, shipment, inventory, logistics, other operations and supply chain data from sources like databases, excel sheets, emails and others; working with statistical and optimization tools for programming languages to conduct data integration through Extraction Transformation and Loading (ETL); Creating models to generate time series forecasts and operational plans; and working with Internal Research and Development Teams (RDT) to resolve solution gaps and deploy fixes in the customer environment. 50-70% domestic or international travel required.
