TheSupply Chain Analysisteam is just one part of H-E-Bs Corporate Planning & Analysis division, which develops /maintainsbudgets and systems while providing current, reliable financial data, analysis, and technical info. The Supply Chain Analysis team focuses on Supply Chain optimization and supporting / delivering systems applications to support strategic initiatives.

As aSupply Chain Analyst,youlldevelop processes, tools, reports, and provide data analytics to support H-E-Bs supply chain strategic initiatives, such as supply and demand forecasting, inventory planning,logistics, and cost optimization.

Analytics: 6 Independently identifies / documents / analyzes / implements / communicates solutions to meet the needs of the business 6 Defines / documents current and future operational scenarios and work with other business areas / client groups to translate moderately complex business needs into solutions / business requirements 6 Analyzes probable impact of recommendations and solutions on other business areas and client groups 6 Contributes to cost / benefit analysis, design, and implementation of supply chain models for projects 6 Provides support and resources for ad-hoc analysis requests, tools, development, and process improvement projects 6 Identifies issues and gaps within current business processes; develops solutions that drive continuous improvement in the functional area 6 Serves clients / stakeholders as an emerging subject matter expert and thought leader in focus area

Project Management: 6 Manages medium to large complexity projects that may encompass technologies, facilities, processes, materials, handling systems, or other business initiatives 6 Ensures project is on schedule, of high quality, within determined budget, meetsdepartmental scorecard, and creates business value 6 Contributes to project efforts / status 6 Proactively develops project management tools for Supply Chain 6 Supports / delivers training and education services to teams and resources 6 May lead, in conjunction with project teams, delivery of processes, systems, processes, metrics, services 6 Maintains client-stakeholder partnerships to ensure overall satisfaction

What is your background? 6 A related degree or comparable formal training, certification, or work experience 6 5+ years of experience 6 Supply Chain Systems: Project Management Professional Certification (preferred) OR 6 Supply Chain Optimization: Experience developing / maintaining engineered labor standards (preferred) OR 6 Transportation Procurement: experience with freight term changes and logistics /Llamasoft: Supply Chain Guru experience (preferred)
