Full Job Description
The Senior Consultant leverages advanced technical expertise and healthcare industry knowledge to support clinical and business stakeholders. This role functions as a critical data development and governance champion and serves as the strategic liaison between Business and IT/BDS teams. You will be accountable for Rx analytical support and the development of agile, interim solutions014utilizing tools such as Alteryx, SAS, or other ETL platforms014to meet the immediate needs of Pharmacy Business and Analytics teams.
Required Job Qualifications:
3 Bachelor's degree and 6 years of experience in health care services, statistical analysis, or insurance industry economics or related field OR Masters degree with 4 years of experience in health care services, statistical analysis, or insurance industry economics or related field OR PhD with 2 years of experience in health care services, statistical analysis, or insurance industry economics or related field OR 10 years of experience in health care services, statistical analysis, or insurance industry economics or related field A0
3 Understanding, and being highly proficient at querying a wide variety of internal and external data sources to get meaningful insights. A0
3 Strong analytical skills and proficiency in computer languages, such as SQL, Python, R, etc. A0
3 Ability to create a dynamic and visually engaging dashboard leveraging data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI A0
3 High degree of business intelligence and understanding how to take a business case from inception to customer or partner execution. A0
3 Experience leading an analytic initiative to success. A0
3 Excellent communication and presentation skills.
3 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
3 Performance excellence in championing initiatives and collaborating with multiple stakeholders to bring the initiative to life.
3 Ability to work under pressure and delivery high quality output to senior leadership to decision making within short timeline.
Preferred Job Qualifications: A0
3 Deep expertise in the Healthcare industry (Payor, Provider, Pharmacy or Epidemiology).
3 Experience with cloud-based data warehouses such as Snowflake, Azure Synapse, or WES Redshift to support the transition from legacy systems to modern architectures. A0
3 Familiarity with data cataloging and metadata management platforms like Collibra, Alation, or Informatica to operationalize data stewardship and lineage.
3 Knowledge of project management methodologies.
This is a Flex (Hybrid) role: 3 days in office; 2 days work from home

Base Pay Range
$84,400.00 - $152,300.00
