Full Job Description
*This role requires working on-site five days per week. Remote work is not available for this position. T-Mobile is unable to sponsor a work visa for this position. * Supply Planning of devices returned through the T-Mobile programs to ensure there is inventory available to fill demand out of our warehouse and inventory is maintained at a healthy level. The Sr. Analyst has responsibilities that include device level planning for product being returned through the reverse network. Analyze forecasts, inventory on hand, WIP levels, planned inventory levels, yields, etc. Set plans for our repair partners and kitting production plans for our return centers. Manage inventory levels for all product making decisions and schedules to move the inventory as necessary through the reverse processes. Secure plans by working with the suppliers on their commits weekly/monthly. Job Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate and manage weekly forecasting process and meeting with 3rd party to ensure supply is being utilized most efficiently.
  • Work cross-functionally with demand planning team to gain understanding of demand trends and fully understand any gaps in supply and demand.
  • Communicate impacts of any supply shortages that could limit supply to support warranty and insurance programs.
  • Implement the refinement and improvements of supply planning processes and systems to support business requirements.
  • Perform Ad-Hoc inventory reporting and analysis as needed to develop insights and maintain appropriate inventory levels.
  • Develop insights based on data and develop business cases to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
Education and Work Expereince:
  • Bachelor's Degree plus 2 years of related work experience OR combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required)
  • 2-4 years Supply chain planning experience (Preferred)

The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year.
