Role Overview
We're looking for a talented and driven Senior Ads Account Manager to join our growing team in 2026. In this role, you'll serve as the strategic and hands-on leader for your clients' Amazon advertising initiatives. You'll take full ownership of performance, partner directly with brand stakeholders, and develop bold, data-driven strategies that deliver measurable growth. Working closely with internal specialists across creative, DSP, reporting, and SEO, you'll help shape cohesive, high-impact campaigns across both Amazon Search and DSP.

How You'll Make an Impact
  • Own and manage the end-to-end advertising strategy across Amazon Search and Amazon DSP for a diverse client portfolio
  • Take a hands-on approach to campaign management - building, optimizing, and scaling initiatives to exceed KPIs
  • Analyze performance data to uncover insights, guide strategic pivots, and drive continuous improvement
  • Lead client calls and strategy sessions, serving as a trusted partner and growth advisor
  • Stay ahead of Amazon's evolving ad ecosystem, including beta programs, policy changes, and new platform features
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive alignment between advertising, branding, and retail strategy
  • Mentor junior team members, sharing expertise and helping elevate team processes and performance
