Responsibilities- Develop, document, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for software products.
- Perform manual and automated testing to identify bugs and ensure software functionality meets specifications.
- Collaborate with software developers and product teams to understand requirements and provide feedback on potential quality issues.
- Track, report, and manage defects using issue tracking tools and follow through on resolution.
- Participate in design reviews and contribute to testability improvements across the development lifecycle.
- Maintain automation scripts and frameworks to enhance testing efficiency and coverage.
- Continuously analyze and improve testing processes, methodologies, and quality standards.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an SQA Engineer or similar role in the software industry.
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and software testing methodologies.
- Proficiency with automated testing tools such as Selenium, JUnit, or equivalent.
- Experience with bug tracking and test management tools like JIRA or TestRail.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
