Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience with GitHub Actions, specifically in writing workflows in YAML using reusable templates
• Extensive background in managing CI/CD pipelines for both Azure and on-premise environments
• Experience migrating CI/CD pipelines from Azure DevOps to GitHub Actions
• Proficient in integrating REST APIs to automate processes through scripting
• Knowledge of at least one scripting language with practical automation experience on platforms like PeopleSoft, SharePoint, and MDM
• Hands-on experience in CI/CD implementations for databases
• Familiarity with infrastructure as code practices, including ARM templates, Terraform, Azure CLI, and Azure PowerShell

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain CI/CD workflows using GitHub Actions and YAML
• Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines for various application frameworks in Azure and on-premise environments
• Facilitate migration of CI/CD pipelines from Azure DevOps to GitHub Actions
• Automate processes by integrating and consuming REST APIs using scripting
• Conduct database CI/CD procedures to ensure seamless deployments
• Create and manage infrastructure as code using tools such as ARM templates and Terraform
• Support monitoring and observability initiatives using tools like ELK, Prometheus, and Grafana
