We achieve this by meeting partners and consumers where they are with support and help, representing their needs with our product partners and proposing fixes and features that elevate their engagement with Google's diverse product ecosystem. Additionally we provide a range of product services that ensure our products are optimized for every user, no matter where they are in the world (e.g., localization, digitization, partner integration, and more).

gUP's Trusted Tester program enables pre-launch insights from real users to ensure product quality and market fit at scale. As a Program Manager and Solutions Engineer focused on the Cross-Product Area (xPA) program, you own the operational infrastructure supporting cross-functional and cross-organizational workflows to enable scaled pre-launch product and feature testing across Google. You proactively identify, organize, and lead program initiatives to deliver business, operational, and technical improvements at scale. You scope, phase, and lead ambiguous cross-functional and cross-organizational projects to address challenges within the program and capitalize on new opportunities. In this role, you will also exercise technical judgment across multiple teams to develop technical analysis, tools, and processes that support research and engineering execution, excellence, and velocity.
