- Experience in data science in evaluating forecasting methodologies or implementing data-driven technical solutions.
- Knowledge of the technical and process challenges associated with network infrastructure, topologies, and global planning.
- Ability to define metrics and Service Level Objectives (SLOs) that drive operational efficiencies and measurable business outcomes.
- Excellent data analysis skills, and ability to translate complex data findings into actionable strategic plans.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence partners and build collaborative relationships.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $192,000-$278,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities - Lead the processes required to generate and publish a demand plan, understand business inputs and policies, and deliver key insights into network demand trends.
- Lead projects that strive for self-sustaining planning, evaluate new forecasting methodologies, and partner cross-functionally to find efficiencies in our planning processes.
- Define the process to operationalize the demand process for new network products.
- Drive program reviews, decision-making, and prioritization, including trade-off and demand supply scenario analysis.
- Lead metrics reviews to understand gaps and opportunities, drive actions to continuously improve, and deliver organizational change and measurable impact.
